Products & Custom Orders
All items sold by Castaway Cove Crafts are made to order and often customized specifically for you. While we do our best to display colors and designs accurately, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, materials, and the handmade process.
By placing an order, you confirm that all customization details (spelling, colors, sizes, etc.) are correct. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Orders & Payments
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Full payment is required before production begins.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting. If there is an error on our part, please contact us and we will work to make it right.

Processing & Shipping
All items are made to order and require processing time before shipment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information if available. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of Castaway Cove Crafts and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Prohibited Content
We reserve the right to refuse any order that includes inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted material that you do not have permission to use.
