All orders are made to order and require processing time before shipment. Please allow 5–10 business days for production, as each item is custom created just for you. Once your order is completed, it will be shipped via the selected shipping method at checkout, and tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
